Last January 22, 2025, the Teacher Education Program conducted its highly awaited orientation for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year at the ACD Gymnasium and provided an engaging and enlightening experience for all faculty, staff, and students in the program.
The event began with an engaging discussion with Sir Dandie Fernandez, who spoke to the attendees with enthusiasm and pride. Sir Fernandez seized the moment to articulate the institution’s mission, vision, and goals, emphasizing the significance of cultivating future educators who embody both knowledge and commitment to promoting quality education. The institution places a strong emphasis on cultivating graduates who embody integrity, professionalism, and a dedication to lifelong learning.
After Sir Fernandez’s discussion, Ma’am Maria Liza Baldonado and Ma’am Evelinda Castillo took the floor and gave a thorough explanation of the rules and regulations governing the Teacher Education Program. Both instructors discussed essential policies that all students are expected to adhere to in order to maintain discipline and achieve academic success.
The orientation ended with an open forum where students could ask questions and clear up any concerns about the program’s policies. The event helped students learn what they need to succeed this term, encouraging them to feel responsible and motivated as future teachers.
