The Davao Culinary Cup 2024 was a super thrilling and rewarding experience for our Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management students. They really showed their skills and talent, and it was impressive. One of their standout moments was when they absolutely nailed it in the Plated Dessert category and came home with a bronze medal.
The Davao Culinary Cup is a prestigious culinary competition that brings together talented chefs, culinary students, and professionals from all over the region to show off their skills, creativity, and love for the culinary arts. The 2024 edition took place at SM Lanang Premiere from May 23 to 25, 2024, attracting participants and spectators from different parts of the country.
Our team dominated the Plated Dessert category with exceptional craftsmanship, innovative techniques, and a deep understanding of flavor profiles and presentation. The judges were astounded by the meticulous attention to detail, the perfect balance of flavors, and the downright artistic presentation of the dessert.
This accomplishment truly showcases the incredible effort, commitment, and teamwork of our students and faculty. With the guidance of our skilled culinary instructors, the team worked tirelessly to perfect their recipe, paying attention to every little detail. Their unwavering dedication and love for the culinary arts truly shined throughout the entire competition.
The bronze medal we won in the Plated Dessert category at the Davao Culinary Cup 2024 is more than just a celebration of our team’s talent and hard work. It’s also a source of inspiration for future culinary endeavors.
